How is the McLite saddle seat size measured?

McCall McLite saddle seat sizes are measured across the finished seat, from the inside front of the swell (pommel) to the inside front of the cantle. The measurement is taken in a straight line and does not follow the contour of the seat. This is the finished seat measurement for the rider and is separate from the saddle's tree and gullet measurements.
