A great product with some room for improvement 8/29/2015
First thing first I love these pack bags! They make a packer lazy. They are so fast to load and EVERYTHING will fit it them. I own 2 pairs and use them all the time for everything from Yeti coolers to sleeping bags to elk quarters. There are only a few problems I have had with them. One is the sides front and back when on the animal need to be reinforced with leather of something. This area is always rubbing into trees and willows and has punched and worn holes in them. Two is the lack of a latching roller buckle for hooking into the cinch ring. These bags have a buckle similar to a motorcycle helmet and it will work loose over time. Lastly would likely increase the cost but I for one would gladly pay it is instead of the nylon webbing and silver buckles, i would love to see leather straps and install brass buckles on everything. My experience is they last longer. I ripped out one of the buckles my first time out. Now they were on a young horse that probably hit every tree in the country but still.
